Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service
- Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experience
- Monitor service standards, grooming, and operational procedure
- Ensure seamless communication between the kitchen, bar, and service team
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Support the management team in achieving operational and financial target
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance development
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standard
- Monitor opening and closing procedures
- Uphold luxury hospitality standards at all time
Ideal Candidates
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisor role within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, beach club, or lifestyle venues
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to lead by example and inspire the team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
