Role Description The Restaurant Manager role at SHEEN RESTAURANT, LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman, Jordan. The Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, coordinating shifts, and ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness. This role involves managing customer interactions, resolving service issues, and supporting a culture of strong customer satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager monitors food and beverage quality, manages inventory, and collaborates with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth service. Additional responsibilities include assisting with hiring and onboarding, training team members, implementing policies, and supporting basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Leadership and people management skills, including Hiring and team supervision, with experience in training and motivating staff.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Food & Beverage knowledge, including understanding of menu items, food safety, and quality standards in a restaurant setting.
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to operational issues.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
