We are looking for an experienced and passionate restaurant manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant while ensuring excellent service and a memorable guest experience.
Job Description
• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.
• Handle guest feedback, requests, and operational concerns professionally.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, HR, finance, and management teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Monitor restaurant sales, costs, inventory, and operational performance.
• Conduct staff training and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure the restaurant maintains a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Experience in fine dining or premium restaurants is preferred.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment.
• Strong guest-handling and problem-solving skills.
