We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Leader — someone who can coordinate a technical team and get on the floor to work directly on our press lines.
Responsibility:
- Lead and coordinate the maintenance technician team
- Plan preventive, corrective & improvement maintenance on presses and production equipment
- Ensure equipment reliability, availability & efficiency
- Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs (safety, quality, productivity, uptime)
- Manage maintenance budget, spare parts & external suppliers
Requirements:
- Must-have experience: mechanical or servo presses, 1600T or 2000T
- Automotive industry background
- Hands-on electrical & mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment
- Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic diagrams & mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of industrial automation (motors, inverters, PLCs, sensors)
- Electromechanical troubleshooting & diagnostics
- Experience leading a maintenance team (even short-term)
- Technical degree in electrical engineering, mechanics, electromechanics or related field
