We are seeking an experienced and results-driven #R&D Manager to lead product development and innovation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance across our personal care product portfolio.
üîπ Job Requirements:
1- Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D within the Personal Care Manufacturing Industry.
2-- Strong expertise in formulation development, raw materials, and product innovation.
3- Proven experience in developing and improving personal care products.
4-Experience in leading laboratory trials, stability testing, and troubleshooting formulation issues.
5- Strong knowledge of quality standards, product safety, and regulatory requirements.
6-- Ability to lead and develop the R&D team and manage multiple projects.
7- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
