A company in the field of offensive cybersecurity is hiring a Regional Sales Director to grow its Nordic business. This is a senior individual contributor role, remote within the region, with direct access to the founders.
What you will do
- Build a pipeline across government, defence, intelligence and the wider Nordic security market.
- Own complex sales cycles, from the first conversation through evaluation, procurement and expansion.
- Build trust with security leaders, red teams, cyber operators, specialist partners and local integrators.
- Turn early customer wins into a repeatable regional business.
What you bring
- Experience selling complex, high-value cybersecurity technology across the Nordics.
- Current relationships with security buyers, technical end users or specialist cyber partners.
- A clear understanding of the offensive-cyber market and the teams that use attack simulation, threat intelligence or security testing tools.
- A record of building pipeline and leading long, sensitive procurement cycles.
- Professional English and strong local-market credibility. Regional languages are valuable.
Experience in cyber operations, intelligence, digital forensics or offensive-security sales is especially relevant. This is an opportunity to shape a new market with real autonomy.
