Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruiter – Blue Collar in Nasr City to join our Recruitment team. The role will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment projects, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring hiring targets are achieved within the required timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage blue collars and high-volume recruitment projects for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone and online interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Achieve recruitment targets and meet agreed hiring timelines.
- Participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, open days, and other mass hiring activities when required.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill recruitment needs.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Previous experience in blue collars or high-volume recruitment is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume recruitment environment.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to work in Nasr City.
