Role Overview
The Recruitment Manager will lead the Talent Acquisition team supporting the Telco captive business unit. The role is responsible for delivering hiring targets, managing end-to-end recruitment operations, strengthening talent pipelines, improving recruitment processes, and developing the TA team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment function for the Telco business unit, ensuring staffing targets, quality, and timelines are achieved.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with Telco business growth, workforce requirements, and changing market conditions.
- Partner with Telco leaders and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, set expectations, and build proactive talent acquisition plans.
- Develop strong talent pipelines through effective sourcing, recruitment campaigns, talent pooling, and data-driven strategies.
- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes, tools, and best practices to increase efficiency, quality, retention, and cost effectiveness.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare management reports and presentations, and provide insights for workforce planning and forecasting.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop recruitment team members through regular performance management, training, and career development.
- Ensure effective allocation of recruitment tasks, resources, and manpower across programs/sites.
- Partner with Marketing on recruitment campaigns, employer branding, advertising, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Telco stakeholders, customers, and internal/external partners.
- Support budgeting, resource planning, and cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment practices, processes, and documentation comply with company standards and business requirements.
- Support HR leadership in strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects.
Required Technical Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in Talent Acquisition leadership/management, preferably within the IT/BPO industry.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment and multiple programs, sites, or business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, interviewing, and Talent Acquisition best practices.
- Experience conducting behavioral interviews and assessing candidates.
- Working knowledge of HR functions such as Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations.
- Understanding of IT/BPO talent, operations, and organizational structures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel and Word.
