We are looking for a new colleague to join our Recruitment team!
As a Recruitment Consultant at The Offshore Partners (TOP), you will manage the recruitment process for international clients and projects within the offshore, maritime and renewable energy industries.
You will work closely with candidates and clients, understand staffing needs, identify the right professionals and guide the recruitment process from first contact through to placement. Together with the Manager Recruitment and the wider TOP team, you will combine recruitment, consultancy and commercial responsibilities in a dynamic international environment.
What will you do?
As Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Search for, approach and interview suitable candidates for our international projects;
- Assess candidates based on experience, availability, salary/rate expectations and overall fit;
- Present candidate profiles to clients and manage the recruitment process from introduction through placement;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients;
- Understand clients’ staffing needs and advise them on suitable recruitment solutions;
- Support commercial discussions, negotiations and the development of new business opportunities;
- Arrange contracts and required documentation for successful placements;
- Keep recruitment information accurate and up to date in our systems;
- Promote vacancies through LinkedIn, social media, our website and relevant job boards;
- Visit clients, project locations and industry events when required.
What are we looking for?
- MBO/HBO level of education or comparable
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter or in a similar role
- Experience within the maritime, offshore, oil & gas and/or renewable energy industries is preferred
- Experience working with recruitment software and candidate databases
