Role Description
The HR Section Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Shobra El Khema, Mainly Recruitment and Personnel.
Responsible for leading and overseeing HR operations within the assigned section. This role manages HR processes including recruitment support, onboarding, performance management coordination, and employee development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and labor regulations. The HR Section Head supports managers in handling employee relations matters and contributes to the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
The role also involves preparing HR reports, monitoring compliance with employment laws, and collaborating with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational culture.
