Maandag® Nordic is opening a new office in Malmö in January 2027, and we are looking for a Recruiter who knows the consulting market in the region, works with speed and enjoys close contact with both clients and candidates. You will be part of a startup office, supported by our team in Stockholm and backed by a strong international Dutch consulting company.

About the roleAs Recruiter in Malmö, you will play a crucial part in launching our newest office. Together with our 2 Account Managers in Malmö, you form the founding team in the south. You will work hands on with the full recruitment process, focusing on IT and Engineering professionals in Skåne and the wider Öresund region.
We believe strong client relationships are one of the main keys to success. That is why you will work closely with our Account Managers, join client meetings and understand our clients' needs as well as they do. Since we are in the start phase, you will also have the opportunity to give a lot of input on our processes and how we work. In this, you will work closely with our Lead Recruiter in Stockholm to set up a strategic plan for growing in the region.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling the entire recruitment process from start to finish, from search and incoming applications to interviews, references and hiring
- Building a strong network of IT and Engineering professionals in Skåne and the Copenhagen area
- Working closely with our Account Managers and clients to find the right candidate quickly
- Field management, supporting our consultants out on assignments with our clients
- Working with relocation partners when we bring in international talent
- Helping shape our processes and international way of working together with our Lead Recruiter

Job requirementsWe are looking for someone who has:
- * Several years of experience as a recruiter in the consulting or staffing industry in the Malmö region
- A commercial mindset, for example from a role with sales or client responsibility
- Experience in international work environments / working culture(s)
- Experience from a target-driven environment where you are measured on results, such as number of placements or time-to-hire
- A strong work ethic and the drive to go the extra mile when a client needs a candidate fast
- Experience of recruiting IT and/or Engineering professionals
- Fluent English, both written and spoken; Swedish is a big plus
It's also good if you have:
- * Experience from the Copenhagen region
- Experience from working abroad, preferably in an Anglo-Saxon culture such as the UK, Ireland, the US or Australia
- A network of IT and Engineering professionals in the Öresund region
