Riada Law Firm is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to welcome clients and visitors, manage incoming communications, and support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- * Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Answer and transfer calls, and follow up on missed calls.
- Handle incoming emails and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain visitor records.
- Prepare meeting rooms and provide basic administrative support.
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional service standards.
Qualifications
- * Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
