Role Description
Job Summary: The Receptionist is the first point of contact for the company, representing the brand with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor. This role ensures the front office runs smoothly, efficiently manages incoming communications, and provides essential administrative support to various departments.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience (1–3 years) working as a Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, or in a customer service role (entry-level candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered).
Fluent in English – both written and spoken
