Job Description
Dallah Albaraka Holding is seeking a qualified Real Estate Manager to join its subsidiary, Durrat Al Riyadh Real Estate Development Co. Ltd.
The role is responsible for overseeing property management operations, including common area maintenance, facility services, and Owners Association activities. This includes coordinating with property owners and service providers, managing association-related activities, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement decisions issued by the Owners Association and ensure effective follow-up.
- Manage, maintain, and secure common areas and shared facilities to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
- Represent the Owners Association before courts, relevant authorities, and service providers, and coordinate the issuance of necessary licenses and permits.
- Manage the Association's financial resources and bank account in coordination with the Chairman of the Association.
- Communicate with service providers, manage contracts, and oversee the delivery of maintenance and facility services.
- Follow up on outstanding Association fees and apply the relevant enforcement procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Issue subscription invoices, monitor collections, and follow up on payments from property owners.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, facility management, or Owners Association management.
- Previous experience in a managerial role within real estate operations, facilities, or property services.
- Joint Property Manager Certificate is preferred, with willingness to obtain it if not already certified.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of property management, facilities maintenance, and Owners Association operations.
- Experience in coordinating with property owners, service providers, and relevant authorities.
- Good understanding of property maintenance, service contracts, and operational requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage financial collections, invoices, and association-related administrative activities.
