Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will work directly with clients to understand their needs, present suitable property options, and guide them through the buying, selling, or leasing process. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, preparing and reviewing real estate documents, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality client service. The role involves negotiating offers, managing client relationships from initial contact through closing, and representing Town Writers’ brand and values in all interactions. The Real Estate Agent will also be expected to build and maintain a personal portfolio of listings and contribute to business growth through proactive networking and lead generation.
