Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the full property lifecycle, including prospecting, property viewings, negotiations, and closing transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and listing properties, conducting market analysis, preparing and presenting offers, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The role involves regular client meetings, follow-up calls, and coordination with internal teams and external partners (such as legal and financial service providers) to ensure smooth transactions. The Real Estate Agent will also support marketing efforts by promoting listings, attending open houses, and representing the company in local community and networking events.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate practices.
* Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Real Property to effectively market and close property transactions.
* Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
* Relevant experience in the New Cairo real estate market or similar markets is beneficial.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
* Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and listings, and meet performance targets.
* Proficiency with basic office software and real estate CRM tools is an advantage.
* A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
