Role Description The Quran Memorization role is a full-time on-site position based in Cairo. The individual in this role will guide learners through structured memorization plans, ensuring accurate pronunciation, adherence to rules of recitation, and regular revision of previously memorized portions. Daily tasks include conducting in-person sessions, assessing learners’ progress, offering constructive feedback, and maintaining records of memorization milestones. The role also involves creating a calm, focused learning environment, collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching materials, and communicating regularly with learners or guardians regarding progress.
Qualifications
* Ability to support and guide systematic Quran memorization with strong attention to accuracy and consistency.
* Capability to conduct organized lessons, track progress, and adjust learning plans according to individual needs.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to create a respectful, encouraging, and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Demonstrated discipline, patience, and reliability in managing full-time, on-site educational responsibilities.
* Previous experience in teaching or tutoring, especially in religious or language studies, is beneficial.
