المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
الشروط والمؤهلات المطلوبة:* درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (المدنية أو المعمارية). * خبرة عملية موثقة لا تقل عن (5) سنوات في مجال حصر الكميات. * خبرة شاملة في حصر كافة بنود الأعمال التي تشمل: (الخرسانات، المباني، اللياسة، الأبواب والشبابيك، القواطع، الأسقف، الأرضيات، تشطيبات الحوائط، الدهانات، الواجهات، العزل، وأعمال النجارة). * إجادة تامة واحترافية في استخدام البرامج الهندسية المتخصصة: (AutoCAD – Excel – PlanSwift – Revit) أو برامج الحصر المشابهة. * الانتباه العالي للتفاصيل والدقة في مراجعة البيانات والأرقام.

About the Role:Raziq Al-Jadrawi Contracting Company, a leading construction firm in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Quantity Surveyor Engineer (QS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in executing and monitoring our mega projects with high accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:* Accurately calculate quantities for structural and architectural works. * Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and payment certificates. * Comprehensively review and verify engineering drawings and technical specifications, ensuring their alignment with the BOQs. * Prepare detailed quantity schedules and surveying summaries on a regular basis.
Qualifications & Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architectural). * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in quantity surveying. * Extensive experience in surveying all work items, including: concrete, masonry, plastering, doors and windows, partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, painting, facades, insulation, and carpentry works. * High proficiency in using specialized engineering software: AutoCAD, Excel, PlanSwift, Revit, or similar QS software. * Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in reviewing numerical data and documentation.
