About the RoleDouble Marks is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Control Engineer to join our team for a major Data Center project in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and will be responsible for quantity surveying, cost control, progress measurement, variations, and commercial tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of relevant QS/Cost Control experience*. * Strong experience in civil and reinforced concrete construction. * Excellent quantity takeoff and measurement skills. * Strong knowledge of BOQs, variations, progress billing, and subcontractor valuations. * Advanced Excel skills. * Saudi/GCC experience preferred. * Data Center, industrial, or major construction experience is an advantage. * Strong commercial and analytical skills.
Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia and able to mobilize on short notice are preferred.
