ProSource are recruiting a Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading building contractor who are continuing to grow with a strong pipeline of projects across Europe.
This role is based on a major project in Germany and offers an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level Quantity Surveyor to gain valuable international project experience with a well-established contractor.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist with the commercial management of the project from construction through to final account.
- Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, including valuations and payments.
- Assist with cost reporting, forecasting, and budget management.
- Identify, price, and manage variations throughout the project.
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and project management.
- Assist with procurement and subcontractor negotiations.
- Prepare monthly valuations and commercial reports.
- Monitor project costs and ensure works are delivered within budget.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation.
- Assist senior members of the commercial team with claims and final accounts.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
- 1–4 years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Previous experience with a main contractor, specialist contractor, or similar construction environment.
- Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a project team.
- Experience on large-scale construction projects is advantageous but not essential.
- Willingness to be based in Germany.
