Job Description
The Auditor is responsible for conducting audits of Facility Management (FM) projects—covering both soft services (housekeeping, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, etc.) and hard services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, fire protection, and maintenance)—to ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) standards, corporate policies, ISO requirements and regulatory obligations. The role will help maintain operational excellence and continual improvement by identifying risks, non-conformities and opportunities for improvement, as well as contributing to the development and delivery of HSE training and awareness programs to enhance workforce competency, ensure compliance and strengthen the overall safety culture.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline.
- NEBOSH, IOSH and OSHA.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience auditing QHSE in facility management (soft & hard services) or maintenance industries.
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (preferred: Lead Auditor certification).
- Strong knowledge of FM operations, QHSE regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to travel frequently across project sites.
