Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, Pro-active and detailed-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all government-related documentation and formalities, including visa processing, labour cards, license renewals, and liaising with various UAE government departments and authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- To handle all visa processes including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor cards.
- To act as PRO for Group Companies.
- To coordinate with various government authorities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Dubai Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, DLD, RERA, JAFZA, Civil Defence, RTA, etc.
- To ensure timely renewal of company licenses, trade licenses, and other regulatory documents, Vehicle Insurance, Staff Insurance Etc.
- Maintain accurate records of employee documents and company legal paperwork includes WPS Compliance.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding the status of legal and visa documentation.
- Monitor changes in UAE government laws and regulations, and ensure company compliance.
- Assist in legal documentation for contracts,POA,MOFA attestation, notarization, and translation.
- Represent the company in government meetings and related official matters.
- Company Incorporation, Share Transfer, MOA’s-Amendments (On Shore/Off Shore)
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 3-5 years).
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and visa regulations.
- Strong network with key UAE government departments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory & Having Own Car is added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online government portals (e.g., eDirham, Tasheel, E-Vision).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (preferred).
