Public Health & Fire Fighting BIM Draftsman

We are looking for a Public Health & Fire Fighting BIM Draftsman to join a well-established international engineering and design consultancy in Cairo.
The role will focus on hands-on BIM modelling and drafting for Public Health, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems, supporting the delivery of regional and international building projects within a multidisciplinary design environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for Public Health, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
- Produce accurate drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate models with Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural and Structural disciplines.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and support clash resolution.
- Maintain BIM/CAD standards and project files.
- Support multidisciplinary BIM coordination throughout different project stages.
- Check drawing and model quality and ensure compliance with project QA/QC standards.
- Participate in coordination meetings and BIM workshops.
- Coordinate with other design teams as required.
Requirements
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling/drafting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Public Health, Plumbing and/or Fire Fighting systems.
- Strong proficiency in Revit.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Experience with BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM Collaborate Pro is an advantage.
- Dynamo experience is an advantage.
- Good understanding of relevant codes, regulations and drawing requirements.
- Previous experience within an engineering consultancy or Building Services environment is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
