- Support the SCO experience from start to finish across lanes; moving throughout the area being attentive and inviting.
- Navigating customer flow and traffic in service of fast and easy checkout, being aware of a customer's trip type.
- Engaging with customers, teaching technology and encouraging usage to personalize the checkout experience.
- Observing and identifying issues and opportunities, assisting in the moment.
- Using tools to assist (Mobile Attendants, Everseen, etc.)
Engage customer with a smile and greet them.
Invite customers to use SCO
Observe and assist when needed, identifying potential issues before they arise.
Educate and assist SCO customers with hand scanners and scanning BOB items.
Utilize the Mobile Attendant to assist customers as needed.
Respond to Everseen needs.
Thank customer for shopping with us with a smile.
