Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties, conduct property viewings, and manage the negotiation process to close transactions. Responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, maintaining an up-to-date property portfolio, preparing and reviewing contracts, and ensuring all activities comply with local real estate regulations. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, understanding client needs, providing accurate market insights, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and support brand standards. The agent will also maintain detailed records in CRM systems and participate in ongoing training through Coldwell Banker’s learning platforms.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices.
- Candidates should possess strong Real Estate market awareness and practical experience in residential and/or commercial property.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, including client relationship management and follow-up.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and teams.
- High level of integrity, professional conduct, and adherence to ethical standards.
- Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage a flexible schedule, and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools; fluency in English and Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in real estate or a related sales field is preferred; relevant certifications or training are beneficial.
