Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and requirements.
- Establish and implement the project scope, schedule, and cost controls.
- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day management of construction activities for mall projects.
- Monitor and control project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Oversee procurement and management of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Foster a positive work culture, encouraging teamwork, communication, and accountability.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including potential overruns or delays.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs and quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in a technical management role, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
· Strong knowledge of construction processes, shop drawing requirements, and industry standards.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
· Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for shop drawing and technical documentation review.
