Exciting role with a Partner Business, a high profile Hospitality Consultancy working with a portfolio of very prestigious end clients who are setting up new Private Members Clubs, Private Jet Lounges, Country Clubs across the GCC and beyond into Europe, the Far East and the Americas.
Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery for the establishment, refurbishment, or enhancement of private members clubs across the GCC and beyond. This full-time hybrid role involves responding to RFPs, coordinating project plans, timelines, and budgets, and aligning stakeholders across design, construction, operations, and hospitality management teams. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional meetings, manage external vendors and contractors, and ensure that project milestones are met while maintaining brand standards and guest experience objectives. Day-to-day tasks include tracking progress, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and preparing clear status reports for senior leadership and clients. The role is based in Dubai with flexibility for some work-from-home, requiring close collaboration with on-site teams and regular site visits.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management for hospitality or private members clubs, including planning, execution, internal and external stakeholder coordination and taking the concept through into operations .
- Strong Expediting and Expeditor skills to drive timely delivery of materials, services, and key project milestones.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to optimize procurement, supply chain coordination, and vendor management.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners in complex, high-end hospitality environments.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to present clear project updates to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Dubai, balancing on-site presence with remote coordination and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, hospitality management, engineering, business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP or Prince2) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, and comfort working in data-driven, technology-enabled environments.
