We are looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience in facility management and specialized in construction and maintenance projects in As Sifarat, Riyadh.
The Project Manager will be responsible for comprehensive project management, ensuring the efficiency of construction and maintenance activities, meeting contract requirements and performance indicators, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all construction and maintenance activities within the project.
- Lead technical and operational teams and oversee their performance.
- Monitor maintenance activities, ensuring timely execution.
- Supervise contractors and service providers, monitoring their performance.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality, safety, and health standards.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular technical and administrative reports.
- Maintain continuous coordination with clients and relevant parties.
- Address challenges and operational issues, implementing appropriate corrective actions.
- Work on improving the quality and efficiency of construction and maintenance services continuously.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Saudi nationality.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and maintenance management.
- Proven experience in managing construction and maintenance projects and supervising multiple specialized teams.
- Good knowledge of facility construction and maintenance operations.
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage client and contractor relationships effectively.
- Ability to prepare reports and track performance indicators.
- Previous experience in large-scale projects or government projects is preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
