Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The Project Manager will lead and coordinate HR and business development projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and alignment with client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project timelines and resources, overseeing expediting and logistics activities, tracking progress and budgets, and preparing status reports and documentation. The role also involves coordinating inspection activities, managing stakeholders and vendors, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement in project management processes.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience overseeing complex, multi-phase initiatives.
* Candidates should possess expeditor-related capabilities, including Expeditor and Expediting, to monitor and accelerate the flow of materials, services, and information.
* Candidates should possess inspection-focused skills, including Inspection, to ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance, and client standards.
* Candidates should possess logistics-oriented skills, including Logistics Management, to coordinate transportation, scheduling, and resource allocation effectively.
* Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
* Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, communicate clearly, and present project updates to internal and external partners.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
* Experience working in HR consulting, business development, or a similar professional services environment is an advantage.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar) and familiarity with standard project management methodologies.
* Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
