WE ARE HIRING | PROJECT MANAGER
Folivana Landscape LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and completion of landscaping projects, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with the approved scope, programme, quality requirements, and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage landscaping projects from initial planning through execution, completion, and handover.
Develop and monitor project programmes, schedules, manpower requirements, material requirements, and site activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Review project scope, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and site requirements prior to execution.
Plan and coordinate procurement and timely delivery of plants, landscape materials, equipment, and other project requirements.
Monitor site progress and ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, programme, and quality standards.
Coordinate inspections, approvals, testing, snagging, rectification, and project handover.
Monitor project costs, variations, additional works, and resource requirements in coordination with management.
Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and resource constraints and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, site records, and project correspondence.
Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates to management.
Ensure project activities comply with applicable site requirements, safety procedures, and company standards.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or site management.
Landscaping experience is highly preferred, particularly in softscape, hardscape, plant installation, irrigation, or landscape construction.
Experience in construction or fit-out project management will also be considered.
Strong understanding of project planning, site coordination, procurement, and resource management.
Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
Strong client, consultant, subcontractor, and supplier coordination skills.
Valid UAE Driving License is required.
