HandS Consultants is looking for a Project Manager to lead client projects from initial brief through delivery. You will coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and clients across consulting, media, design, HR, advertising, and business operations.
What you’ll do
- Turn client briefs into clear plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Assign work, follow up with teams, and keep projects moving.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.
- Review work before delivery to ensure it meets the brief and HandS quality standards.
- Track project costs, approvals, changes, and deadlines.
- Improve workflows and introduce practical tools that help the team work efficiently.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience managing multiple client projects at once.
- Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working with creative and business teams.
- Experience with project management tools and reporting.
- A good understanding of the UAE business environment.
- Fluent professional English; Arabic is an advantage.
