Role Description:
MENASCO is looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), to lead the full planning, execution, financial management, quality, and HSE compliance of high-rise MEP projects, with hands-on ownership across all three core disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing.
Basic Criteria:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP construction for high-rise projects, with demonstrated hands-on experience across Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing works
- Including at least 5 years specifically in a Project Manager role
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Professional certifications (PMP or equivalent, NEBOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, IOSH Managing Safely) are a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and MEP design & coordination software
- Fluency in English and Arabic
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution strategy, mobilization, and risk management from inception, across Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing scopes
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and performance evaluations for all three disciplines
- Oversee engineering deliverables, procurement, and site execution for electrical systems, mechanical/HVAC systems, and plumbing/drainage/firefighting systems
- Ensure full compliance with quality standards and HSE requirements across all trades
- Monitor financial performance, cost control, cash flow, and contractual claims
- Serve as primary client interface; manage reporting and documentation
- Lead project handover, close-out, and DLP (Defects Liability Period) management
