We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in the UAE construction industry to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, materials and site productivity
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, method statements and material submittals
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues to avoid project delays
• Coordinate with Planning, Technical, Procurement, QA/QC and HSE teams
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned works
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and provide updates to Project Management
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and UAE authority requirements
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging and project handover activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer within the UAE construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings and site execution
• Good understanding of project planning, QA/QC and HSE requirements
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and technical skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple site activities
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
⚠️ UAE construction experience is mandatory.
