🎯 Job Description
- Manage, coordinate, and monitor daily/weekly production processes in alignment with production plans.
- Lead improvement initiatives aimed at increasing line efficiency, capacity utilization, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) rates.
- Analyze production downtime and scrap/waste to develop root-cause solutions.
- Actively implement and promote lean manufacturing techniques (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban, etc.) on the shop floor.
- Supervise and manage the blue-collar production team, including shift scheduling and workforce planning.
- Ensure that production processes comply with OHS (Occupational Health and Safety), environmental, and quality management standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- Play an active role in new product introduction (APQP/PPAP) and process development projects.
🎯 General Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industry Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in production roles, particularly in the automotive .
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward maintenance challenges.
- Fluency in French and English
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, SAP systems, or process automation tools
