- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Write BRDs and SRSs to align business and technical teams.
- Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive product innovation.
- Conduct customer discovery, user interviews, and requirement validation to ensure product-market fit.
- Contribute to business model discussions, feature prioritization based on ROI, and go-to-market planning.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics to support business decisions.
- Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and business goals.
- Support product launches and collaborate with business teams to measure market adoption and customer value.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with backlog management tools (JIRA, Trello, or similar).
- Proven ability to write BRD and SRS documents.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, user journey mapping, and customer-centric product development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid presentation skills, able to confidently present roadmaps, findings, and product updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer value, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Fluent Arabic and professional English (mandatory — GCC stakeholder-facing role).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in Real Estate/PropTech, FinTech, or SaaS is a plus.
- Experience working in startups, venture studios, innovation labs, or fast-paced product environments is highly preferred.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar certification.
- Experience working across multiple startups/projects, with the ability to quickly adapt to different business models and domains.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.
- Experience defining product strategy from idea validation through launch.
- Knowledge of Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or Product Discovery frameworks is a strong advantage.
- Technical background or experience working with development teams.
