Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support the Product Marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives across products and campaigns. This role will assist with the coordination of product launches, marketing materials, internal processes, and cross-functional activities to ensure campaigns and product communications are delivered effectively.
The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while working with teams across Marketing, Product, Compliance, Design, Content, and Web.
Key responsibilities:
Product Marketing Support
- Support the Product Marketing team in the execution of product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with preparing marketing briefs, campaign requirements, and project documentation.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal stakeholders.
- Support the rollout of new products, features, and updates across marketing channels.
- Maintain product marketing resources, templates, and documentation.
Marketing Content & Asset Coordination
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials, including landing pages, emails, FAQs, product documents, and other assets.
- Work closely with Content, Design, Web, and other teams to ensure marketing assets are delivered on time.
- Assist with content updates and ensure product information is accurate and consistent across channels.
- Manage and maintain marketing folders, libraries, and internal resources.
Compliance & Approval Coordination
- Support the submission and tracking of marketing materials for compliance review and approval.
- Coordinate feedback between Compliance and Marketing teams to ensure updates are implemented.
- Maintain records of approved marketing materials and documentation.
Translation & Localisation Support
- Coordinate translation requests for marketing materials across different markets and languages.
- Liaise with translation partners and native speakers to ensure content accuracy.
- Support localisation updates across marketing channels.
Campaign & Project Coordination
- Assist with campaign planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups across project stakeholders.
- Support the Product Marketing team with research, competitor analysis, and market insights.
- Assist with monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports.
Website & Digital Marketing Support
- Coordinate product-related website updates, including landing pages, banners, and content changes.
- Support the management of website content through CMS platforms.
- Work with Web and Digital teams to ensure marketing updates are implemented accurately.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, or a similar coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or regulated industries.
- Experience supporting product launches or integrated marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, or localisation platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, website management, and content production.
