About the Role
We're looking for an AI Product Manager to own products and projects from idea to delivery. You'll work
closely with engineering, design, and customer success. Your work will cover both our core platforms and
custom client solutions, and you'll decide what should become a reusable feature and what should stay
project-specific.
● Own the roadmap and backlog for assigned AI products and features, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
● Run discovery with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their problems, processes, requirements, and success criteria.
● Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and work with engineering to plan sprints, milestones, and delivery timelines.
● Manage project plans for key product initiatives and custom client implementations, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
● Track project progress, identify blockers early, coordinate dependencies across teams, and communicate status and risks to relevant stakeholders.
● Work hands-on with LLM-based features: design and test prompts, evaluate outputs, identify failure cases, and improve quality over time.
● Define evaluation criteria and metrics for AI performance, such as accuracy, quality scores, latency, adoption, and user satisfaction.
● Scope custom client projects, estimate requirements with engineering, write proposals, and manage change requests to keep scope and delivery under control.
● Coordinate client implementations from requirements gathering through development, testing, UAT, launch, and handover.
● Work with engineering on integrations with client systems, including APIs, webhooks, data flows, and third-party platforms.
● Track product and project metrics, delivery progress, and customer feedback, and use data to prioritize improvements and future releases.
● Facilitate regular project and sprint ceremonies when needed, including planning, progress reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates.
● Write release notes, product documentation, implementation plans, and client-facing materials.
● Coordinate across product, engineering, customer success, sales, and client teams to ensure smooth delivery, clear ownership, and effective handovers.
What We're Looking For
● 3-5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise software.
● Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI product evaluation.
● Technical fluency: comfortable reading API documentation and discussing integrations and data flows
with engineers.
● Experience balancing a product roadmap with client-specific delivery work.
● Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
● Experience working with enterprise or government stakeholders.
● Strong writing skills for specs, proposals, and stakeholder communication.
● Able to manage several products and projects in parallel.
Nice to Have
● Experience with conversational AI, voice AI, or document AI/OCR.
● Experience in the Egyptian or Gulf market.
● Familiarity with Linear, Figma, and Microsoft 365.
● Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
