Whom we are looking for:
We are looking for an exceptional collaborative Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver successful products.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market feedback.
Product Development:
- Translate product requirements into detailed user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Manage backlog prioritization and sprint planning in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Market Readiness & Launch:
- Drive go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and marketing.
- Ensure successful product launches by coordinating efforts across teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or software development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL).
- Domain expertise in ad tech, SaaS, or related industries.
- Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, or emerging technologies is a plus.
