Maddox Pharma Swiss is looking for an experienced and results-driven Product Manager MEA based in Cairo, Egypt.

GCC Market Experience: Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- * Develop and execute strategic brand and marketing plans.
- Lead product launches and portfolio growth initiatives.
- Analyze IQVIA data, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop promotional materials and digital marketing campaigns.
- Train and support sales teams through product training and field visits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Monitor brand performance, KPIs, and marketing budgets.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (MBA or Marketing qualification is a plus).
* 6+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals or consumer healthcare, including 3+ years in product management role.
* Proven GCC market experience is mandatory*.
* Experience in food supplements, vitamins, OTC, and primary care pharmaceutical products is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of IQVIA, strategic brand planning, product launches, and digital marketing.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
* Fluency in Arabic and English.
* Must be based in Egypt.
