We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with strong experience in spare parts procurement to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process for spare parts and maintenance-related materials.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
- Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, and other departments to ensure timely availability of required spare parts.
- Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in spare parts / automotive / heavy equipment / maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of spare parts and the ability to identify and source technical items.
- Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
