JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage procurement activities, supplier relationships, commercial negotiations, and strategic sourcing across Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in construction/contracting companies, strong negotiation and supplier-management skills, and hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with business and project requirements.
• Manage, evaluate, and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Lead contract, price, and commercial negotiations with suppliers and service providers.
• Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of supplier offers.
• Manage cross-border procurement activities between Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and import requirements, including SABER, ACI, GOEIC, and EJAR.
• Manage procurement processes through Odoo ERP and ensure accurate and timely procurement data.
• Lead the procurement team, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of procurement targets.
• Coordinate closely with Projects, Finance, Logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop strong, long-term supplier relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
• 5–7 years of relevant procurement experience in a MANAGERIAL role.
• Previous experience in Construction / Contracting Companies is mandatory.
• Proven experience in strategic procurement and supplier management.
• Strong experience in contract and commercial negotiations.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP System.
• Experience in Egypt–Saudi cross-border procurement is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of SABER, ACI, GOEIC, and EJAR requirements.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
