Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in general contracting, specifically in the building division, including at least 2 years in procurement and contracts.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Saudi market as a Procurement Engineer.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Ability to evaluate and compare supplier quotations against approved specifications.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical materials, systems, and related technologies.

• Very good command of English.
