Role Description The Procurement Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. This position is responsible for sourcing materials, equipment, and services required for construction and development projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, cost targets, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating and qualifying suppliers, preparing and issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQs), negotiating prices and terms, and creating and tracking purchase orders. The role also involves coordinating with engineering, project management, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery, resolving supply issues, maintaining procurement records, and supporting continuous improvement in procurement processes and vendor performance.

- Candidates should possess strong supplier-focused skills, including Supplier Evaluation and vendor relationship management.
