Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Develop and execute diverse menus
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff and maintain hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef in luxury hotels
- Strong knowledge of international and Arabic cuisines
- Culinary degree or professional chef certification
- Food safety and hygiene certifications
- Ability to work in a high-standard private environment
