H-Touch is a leading ELV / Low Current Systems Integrator and Telecom Solutions Provider in Egypt, delivering integrated solutions across ELV, Low Current, Fiber Optics, Networking, and Telecom infrastructure.
We are looking for a Presales & Technical Office Specialist to support our Sales Team by developing suitable technical solutions, preparing BOQs, technical/commercial offers, costing, and technical documentation for various projects and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Study RFQs, tender documents, project specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and develop suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and review BOQs, material take-offs, and technical requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial offers in coordination with the Sales Team.
- Prepare project costing and pricing in coordination with the relevant internal teams.
- Select suitable products, materials, and system components in coordination with suppliers.
- Prepare technical submittals, compliance sheets, and other technical documents when required.
- Review drawings and technical documentation related to ELV / Low Current systems.
- Support the Sales Team during client meetings and site visits when technical support is required.
- Respond to technical inquiries from clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Project Teams to ensure proper technical and commercial alignment.
- Support the handover of awarded opportunities from Sales to the execution team.
- Handle revisions and updates to BOQs, quotations, and technical solutions during the negotiation stage.
- Maintain organized records of BOQs, quotations, technical offers, and related documents.
Systems
Experience in one or more of the following systems is required:
- CCTV
- Access Control
- Fire Alarm
- Public Address (PA)
- Structured Cabling
- Fiber Optics
- Networking
- Telecom / FTTH / FTTx
Candidates do not need to be experts in all systems. Strong experience in several systems combined with the ability and willingness to learn other solutions will be considered.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Presales, Technical Office, ELV, Low Current, or related technical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical/technology-related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of one or more ELV / Low Current systems.
- Good experience in preparing BOQs, technical offers, and costing/pricing.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Good knowledge of ELV / Low Current products and system components.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet RFQ/tender deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills with Sales, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge across H-Touch's full range of solutions.
