We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Team Leader / Supervisor to join our team supporting a premium account.
üîπ Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of customer service representatives to deliver a consistently high level of service.
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality, productivity, and customer experience standards.
- Handle escalated and complex customer interactions professionally and effectively.
- Support agents in managing demanding and high-value guests with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to improve communication, service quality, and overall performance.
- Ensure effective communication between the team and relevant internal stakeholders.
- Take ownership of customer and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
üîπ Requirements
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre / Call Centre environment, preferably in a voice-based customer service role.
- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership position.
- Fluent Arabic with strong spoken English proficiency (C1 level).
- Excellent communication, listening, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to confidently manage escalations and demanding or high-value customers.
- Experience in premium customer service is highly preferred.
- Experience within airlines, hospitality, banking, luxury services, or similar customer-facing environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support operational requirements.
