- Lead PR around partner launches, new markets and key company developments.
- Build strong relationships with journalists, media and relevant industry platforms.
- Identify, shape and pitch stories with real news value.
- Develop thought leadership, opinion pieces and executive communications.
- Build the external profiles of founders and senior spokespeople.
- Use LinkedIn and organic social strategically as part of the PR mix.
- Turn complex technology, finance and societal topics into clear and compelling communication.
- Prepare spokespeople for interviews, panels and speaking opportunities.
- Identify relevant conferences, events and external platforms.
- Manage reactive media and reputation issues when needed.
What we're looking for

- Strong hands-on experience in media relations and proactive PR.
- Excellent news judgement and strong understanding of how media works.
- Excellent writing, storytelling and editorial skills.
- Strong strategic judgement combined with a genuine doer mentality.
- Experience working closely with founders, executives and senior stakeholders.
- Highly structured, proactive and comfortable managing several parallel initiatives.
- Prestigeless, collaborative and comfortable working with people at all levels, internally and externally.
- Able to move from strategic counsel to detailed execution without losing momentum.
We'd be particularly excited if you also have
- A background in technology PR, fintech, financial services, innovation or societal affairs.
- Experience working with well-known brands, recognised founders or high-profile companies.
- A strong network across business, technology, financial or national media.
- International PR experience and experience working across multiple markets.
- Experience from a leading PR agency, scale-up or high-growth company.
- Experience with partner PR, B2B tech, data-driven PR or events.
What success looks like
Froda becomes more visible and influential across both Froda and Froda Embedded, with stronger media relationships, high-quality earned coverage, stronger executive visibility and partner launches that create real external impact. You become Froda's trusted PR advisor and ensure we consistently show up in the right conversations, with the right stories and the right spokespeople.
