We are looking for an experienced PMO Portfolio Manager with strong expertise in portfolio management, project governance, performance monitoring, and executive reporting. The role requires the ability to oversee the overall project portfolio, monitor project performance, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and ensure alignment with the companyโs strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Manage and oversee the project portfolio and ensure alignment with the organizationโs strategic objectives.
โข Develop and implement project governance frameworks, PMO standards, and operating procedures.
โข Monitor project performance across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality.
โข Develop and track project and portfolio KPIs and provide regular reports to executive management.
โข Prepare executive dashboards and reports highlighting portfolio performance, achievements, deviations, and key risks.
โข Monitor project plans, timelines, key milestones, and overall delivery progress.
โข Identify cross-project dependencies, conflicts, and potential impacts across the portfolio.

Qualifications & Requirements:

โข Strong experience in project portfolio management, performance monitoring, and PMO governance.
โข Strong knowledge of PMO Governance, Portfolio Management, and Project Controls.
โข Good understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks such as PMI / PMBOK and Agile.
โข Experience in executive reporting, performance dashboards, and management presentations.
โข Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Excel, and Power BI or equivalent.
โข Experience in managing project risks, issues, changes, dependencies, and escalations.
โข Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
