Role Description The Plumbing Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role oversees daily plumbing operations, including planning work schedules, assigning tasks to plumbers and helpers, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of projects. The Plumbing Foreman inspects installations and repairs, ensures compliance with relevant standards and safety procedures, and coordinates with other Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, organizing tools and materials, resolving technical issues on-site, and maintaining accurate records of work performed. The role also involves communicating with customers and internal stakeholders, addressing concerns, and supporting a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service and quality workmanship.
