What you'll be doing
- Responding to player support requests and resolving issues
- Becoming familiar with the games you support
- Working with ticketing and social media platforms
- Tracking and reporting player issues and trends
- Helping enforce community rules
- Working toward key performance indicators such as productivity, quality, and player satisfaction
What we're looking for
- Native or professional-level German, with excellent written and spoken skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Familiarity with gaming communities and platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord
- A genuine passion for video games
You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of gaming projects alongside a global team of gaming and player-support professionals, with ongoing training and opportunities to develop your skills.
